Greek Lavash Egg & Leeks Bread Pudding, 1800 g yield, 100 g serving
Greek or Georgian non-yeast lavash is good to have at home. In some occasions, it can be a quick fix as a base for a delicious meal.
It is recommended to have fresh greens : leeks, green onions, cilantro, parsley, dill. I used green onions and dried herbs, because that's what I had at the moment. Leeks work very well.
Salty cheeses like bryndza sheep cheese or cottage cheese will work with cheeses like Gouda, Maasdam, Edame.
