Made it for lunch today. Very tasty and quick as well. Hubby had one mouthful and declared this recipe a keeper. I did notice that the 2TBsp of butter were not listed in the calories by ingredients, so I added .5 TBsp butterto my daily calorie intake.
This was REALLY yummy - and super easy too. I used fat free sour cream to cut back a little fat. Even my hubby, who hates "fish night," gave it a thumbs up!
