Ingredients

    In large bowl:
    1 1/2 C. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    1 C. WHITE FLOUR
    2 TBLS SUGAR
    1 TEAS. SALT
    2 TBLS BAKING POWDER

    In large bowl:
    2 BEATENED EGGS
    3 1/2 CUPS SKIM MILK
    2 TBLS OIL

Tips

You can add more or less milk depending on your likeness, whether thinner or thicker.
Makes about 22, 2 ounce pancakes, around 4 " diameter.

Directions

After mixing together ingredients in their seperate bowls, mix all together and stir just until large lumps are gone.
Pour on Hot oiled griddle and cook.
