    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped
    Beans, black, 1 can drained
    Beans, red kidney, 1 1 can drained
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 can drained
    Tomato Sauce, 8 oz can
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cans
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1 packet, or 8 tsp.


I love this recipe just as it daughter adds shredded cheddar to her soup and crushed up corn chips. Enjoy!


Mix together all items but the chicken. Place in crockpot. Lay chicken on top and cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken and shred it. Return to crock pot, stir and serve!
