    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup) Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 0.25 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 2 oz Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    *Bell Plantatin PB2, 1 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tbsp


I actually used Better N Peanut Butter instead of PB2 but it has similar calorie count. Delicious!


Preheat oven to 380. Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased/sprayed ramekin or mini baking loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn the oven to broil and broil it for 2-3 minutes for a crisp outside.
