This is one of favorite salad dressings that I make at home. Not only is it delicious on salads, I use it as a sauce for other Mediterranean-inspired meals. Ingredients

    1/2 cup (125g) Whole milk plain yogurt
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 tbsp Tahini
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 clove Garlic

Tips

Two tips for making it a bit more healthy if you like:
1. Use a low-fat yogurt
2. Use a lesser-refined - "whole" - tahini (available in heath-food stores usually).


Directions

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, tahini, and salt in a small bowl until combined. Add garlic (grated or minced finely) to bowl and stir well.

Serving Size: Makes five 2 tbsp servings
