Perfect for cold weekend mornings. Perfect for cold weekend mornings.

    3 Cup Whole Grain Oatmeal
    3/4 C. Brown sugar
    1/2 C. butter
    2 egg whites
    2C. Milk (nonfat)
    2t. baking powder
    1t. salt
    Peaches, canned, water pack, 2 cup, halves or slices, drained.


Arrange peaches in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
Mix remaining ingredients together and carefully spread over peaches.
Bake for 25 min. at 325.
