This recipe makes 4 large 10" pancakes or 6 smaller pancakes depending on the size of frying pan/skillet you use. Nutritional info and serving size estimated on using larger pan.
1.Measure flour into bowl, add eggs, start to whisk.
2. Add milk gradually wisking in all the flour.
3. Whisk till smooth batter.
4. Heat very small amount of oil in pan (literally a splash and then brushed over)
5. Ladle enough batter into the pan to cover the base - spread evenly by tilting pan.
Cook over medium heat for 60 secs or untill golden.
6. Flip pancake over and cook for further 30 seconds.
Serve with any filling. I used no sugar apple sauce, but my son had choclate ice cream and strawberries in his!
I had a group of 2-5 year olds make their own batter today...its that simple, though an adult should do the cooking!
