Introduction

Ingredients

    4 oz egg beaters
    2 oz low fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 oz Hormel 97% Fat Free Ham
    1 tsp. olive oil

Tips

Sub any low fat cheese and/or meat you like. Spinach is a great add in, just throw in with meat.


Directions

Heat olive oil in non stick pan. Saute ham and mushrooms until soft(3-4 min.). Add beaters and move eggs around with a rubber spatula. When eggs begin to set add cheese and cook until desired consistency. Season to taste.
