Ingredients

    small can of anchovies
    5-6 cloves of garlic
    1/3 cup of white wine vinegar
    1/3 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Tips

use good quality fresh parmesan cheese.


Directions

process anchovies (not the oil), garlic and white wine vinegar in the blender for 30 seconds. Slowly add oil and parmesan cheese while blender is on low. Process for about another 30-45 seconds.
