Ingredients

    2 cans black beans
    12oz bag frozen corn
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1T cumin

    8oz fat free cream cheese

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients into crock pot, cook on low 8 hours.

Add cream cheese, stir to melt. Serve
