Ingredients

1 - medium apple
¼ cup - chopped walnuts (unsalted)
½ cup - Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Almond Cereal
1 tblsp - ground cinnamon
1 ½ tblsp - Coconut Palm Sugar
1 tblsp - Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions
Preheat oven 250 degrees.
Wash and half, and core apple
Place each half in small baking dish (I use soufflé/custard bowls)
top with cinnamon, a small sprinkle of palm sugar (not all of it), walnuts and cereal-
Add coconut oil (if coconut oil is cold and solid, you can either spoon on or melt to liquify then drizzle on)
add last remaining sprinkle of palm sugar.
place apple bowls in a small baking pan and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. (Until apples are tender and sugar is melted and bubbly)
Serve immediately.
