Ingredients



    Oats, .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .25 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .25 cup (remove)
    Pecans, .0625 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), .5 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked (remove)

Directions

Combine oats, milk, water, cinnamon, & nutmeg. Bring to a slow simmer. Add pumpkin, flax seed, and chopped nuts. Stir while cooking another 3-4 minutes.
