Ingredients

    24 oz - Ground Venison
    3 oz - Kalamata Olives, chopped
    1/3 cup - Feta Cheese
    1 cup - Chopped Red Onion
    1 - egg, large
    1 T - Greek Seasoning
    1/2 t - salt
    1/4 t - ground pepper

Directions

In a large bowl mix venison, olives, feta, onion, egg and seasonings. Form into 6 patties. Grill or fry in non-stick skillet to desired doneness.
