Ingredients

    Crust
    1.33 C Quick Oats
    .5 C Walnut pieces
    .5 C Ground Flax Seeds
    .25 C Margarine (melted)
    .25 C Brown Sugar

    Roast the in oven @ 350, oats for 15 min and Walnuts 8 min.
    cool and add to food proccesser with remainder, Pulse until blended and clumpy.
    press into pie plate and bake 14 min.

    Filling
    1 sm can pumpkin Puree
    .5 pkg of soft tofu
    .5 C Brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    .5 tsp nutmeg, ginger, salt
    .25 tsp allspice

    Blended in food proccessor or blender spoon into pie crust and bake 10 min @ 400, then 25-30 min @350.
