Ingredients

    1/2 cup fresh lime juice
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
    salt & pepper, to taste
    lime wedges, for serving

Directions

1. In a shallow baking dish, mix the lime juice, cilantro, and oil. Season the chicken to taste with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the lime mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, turning once or twice, for about 4 hours.

2. Heat a barbecue grill to medium-hot. Grill the chicken, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with the lime wedges.

    I added 1 tsp chili powder and oregano plus 1/2 tsp of cumin and garlic powder to add more flavor to it. - 4/27/17
