Ingredients

    Green Mung - 1 cup
    Red Tomato - Medium cut in pieces
    Ginger Root paste - 1 tsp
    Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
    Oil (Vegetable or Olive oil) - 3 tbsp
    Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
    Chili powder - 1 tsp
    curry powder - 2 -3 tsp

    Salt and brown sugar - according to taste

    Coriander Leaves for Garnishing

Directions

First of all soak Green Mung for 30 minute
then boil it on pressure cooker

Add 2 -3 tbsp oil in pen
then add ginger & garlic (paste)
then add add tomatoes ( cut in pieces)

let it stir for 1 or 2 minute
then add turmeric powder & chili powder
and then add water

add boiled mung in a pen and stir it till everything get together.

Add Salt and Brown Sugar according to your preference

Garnish with Coriander leaves
