Introduction

Super easy if you have access to a Trader Joe's. Super easy if you have access to a Trader Joe's.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bag of precut baby bella mushrooms from TJoes
    1/2 bag of frozen Soycutash, TJoes
    1 can on True Thai Vegetable Green Curry from TJoes
    1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Butter

Directions

Use precut mushrooms and chop onions. Saute onions and mushrooms in oil and butter. Put in bowl. Add chicken to pan and sauté. Add soycutash and curry sauce. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add chicken mixture to mushrooms and onions and serve!
