Ingredients

    1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
    1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
    1 1/4 cup non fat milk
    1 tbs lemon juice
    1/4 cup cranberry juice
    1 banana
    1 cup ice

Directions

Add all of the ingredients in the blender and blend

Serving Size: makes 3 drinks about 2 cups per drink
