Ingredients

1 package crawfish (tail meat 85 gram)
1.5 cups Newman's Own Marinara Sauce
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 cup Celery diced
    1 med yellow onion,
    1/4 cup Celantro, fresh chopped
    1 Etoufee Season mix

Tips

We get our Etoufee season mix from our local Kroger Seafood section. This dish goes well with brown rice.

Directions

Finely cut all your vegatables. Saute the veggie mix on low heat until the onions are almost transparent. Once finish set a side. Follow the instructions for the Etoufee Season mix. While the sauce is cooking, add 1.5 cups of Newman's Own Marinara sauce. Mix well. Let it come to a boil on medium-low heat. Stir often because it will become lumpy or burn. Add the crawfish tail and sauted veggie mix. Let that simmer for about 5-6 minutes.
When you serve your plate you will add the celantro over the Crawfish etoufee
