Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of lean Beef round steak cut into pieces.
    1.5 tsp garlic
    Black Pepper
    minced onion
    1 can light cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 cups of low sodium beef broth.
    1/2 cup light sour cream.

Directions

Put 1.5 lbs of beef stew meat or your favorite roast cut into 1 inch pieces, top with garlic, minced onion, pepper. Then poor one can of light cream of mushroom soup and 1.5 cups of beef broth cook low about 4-6 hrs depending on slow cooker. Serve over egg noodles or brown rice (not included in calories). When done cooking stir in sour cream for richness and thickening.
