Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 165 grams
    ground Garlic and Herb mix
    Tastic Lamb Vindaloo Curry Cook-In Sauce, 100 gram(s)
    Onion (spring onions) - 100g (1 = 15g), 10 gram(s)
    Carrots, raw, 25 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.25 tomato
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp

Tips

Serve hot
You can also add plain yoghurt for a creamy texture.


Directions

Cut chicken into cubes
Rub ground Garlic and Herb mix and allow to marinade for 2 hours (or overnight)
fry chicken cubes and vegetables in the olive oil
Stir-in Tastic Lamb Vindaloo Curry Cook-In Sauce
Allow to simmer for 10 - 15 mins
Serve hot
