    Brown Miso Paste
    Fish sauce
    Soy sauce
    Mirin

    Top with:
    Cilantro
    Cashews

Tips

Feel free to reduce the amount of soy sauce and salt for lower sodium version. I'm using a soy made without wheat. You can also adjust the chill mixture, although mine wasn't very spicy. You can use smaller leaves of cabbage if a large one is unmanageable.

Directions

In a pan saute ginger, onions, garlic, and chili pepper until soft. Meanwhile, season the ground pork with salt, pepper, cumin and chill flakes. Brown the pork in same pan as onions/garlic/pepper/ginger, stirring together. Add 2 chopped cabbage leaves to mixture and cook until soft.

Add to cooked pork the soy sauce, mirin, fish sauce, and miso paste. Add a splash of water and cook until simmering.

Take pan off heat and add chopped cilantro and a handful of chopped cashews. Place ground pork mixture into cooked cabbage leaves and roll or eat as is.

Delicious!

Steam large cabbage leaves in a steamer. Carefully remove soft leaves and place on paper towel to absorb water.

To cooked pork mixture add soy sauce, fish sauce, miso paste, a little hot water and miren.
