A simple, tasty way to prepare spaghetti squash. A simple, tasty way to prepare spaghetti squash.
Number of Servings: 1


    1 c. spaghetti squash, cooked
    1/2 c. cooked broccoli florets
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/8 c. Ragu Carb Options Alfredo Sauce
    Optional: Grated parmesan cheese, to taste


Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish, heat in the microwave for 10 minutes or until warmed through.

Serving Size:  Recipe is an estimate for 1 serving, but I cooked a whole squash and added a good balance of the remaining ingredients -- probably enough for a good 8 servings or more.
