Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup molasses
    1 cup yogurt
    1/4 cup shortening, melted
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

Tips

sprinkle with powder sugar, drizzle with chocolate sauce
I like to add warm baked apples and some yogurt.


Directions

combine all dry ingredients ,in separate bowl combine all wet ingredients .pre heat 375* oven mix bowls together place into loaf pan cook for 45 mins,or until pick comes clean.

Serving Size:  8 slices 1 loaf.
