Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/4 c. nonfat milk
    1/4 t. black pepper
    2 sliced green onions
    1/3 c. chopped fresh broccoli
    3 strips yellow, red or orange peppers, diced
    1 slice havarti cheese
    1 slice swiss cheese
    1/4 c. shredded triple cheddar

Directions

Beat eggs, milk and pepper together. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Saute veggies. Set aside. Add egg mixture to pan. Cook over medium heat until set. Once set, Add cheeses & veggies. Fold over.
