Ingredients

    * Spring Roll Skins, 18 skins
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5
    * Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped

Directions

Saute or steam vegetables and chicken.
Season as desired.
Moisten spring roll wrappers, fill & roll.
Steam for 2 minutes.
