Introduction

This recipe can be modified/substituted in many ways... these are just the ingrediants I usually have 'in stock' for a go-to meal. I like to make this on Friday nights when I'm not in the mood for cooking, really want pizza but still want to eat healthy. It's very quick and easy! This recipe can be modified/substituted in many ways... these are just the ingrediants I usually have 'in stock' for a go-to meal. I like to make this on Friday nights when I'm not in the mood for cooking, really want pizza but still want to eat healthy. It's very quick and easy!

Ingredients

    Flatbread (pocketless pita) - by Kontos, 1 serving
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1.5 oz
    Barbeque Sauce, .25 cup
    Canned Chicken, .5 can (5 oz)

Directions

-Turn the oven on to 'Broil'.
-Spray one side of flatbread lightly with cooking spray
-Broil flatbread for 2mins, then remove from oven
-Mix half the BBQ sauce with the canned chicken, break up with a fork.
-Spread the other half of the BBQ sauce on the broiled flatbread, then layer chicken mixture and top with cheese.
-Broil another 2-4 minutes, or until chees is bubbly.
