Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups mashed pumpkin
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 cup self raising flour
    1 cup wholemeal flour
    2 Tablespoons of low fat milk
    2 Tablespoons maple syrup
    1 large egg
    1 Tablespoon ginger
    1tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup grated carrot

I made this recipe up when I was bored.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients and stir in wet ingredients
Spoon into cupcake tin
Bake at 180C for 15-29 mins
