Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 8oz can mushrooms
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesamie oil
1 1/2 cup of cashews from canned nuts
1/2 bag of frozen brocolli
red pepper flakes
Directions
Slice thawed chicken breast into strips about 1/8 inch thick then cut into half.
heat med sz skillet on med-high heat and add 1 tsp of sesamie oil to skillet. When skillet is hot add chicken peices and brown until cooked through. Sprinkle garlic powder and red pepper flakes onto chicken for taste. Add frozen brocolli and add mushrooms. Heat thouroughly until brocolli is no longer frozen. Sprinkle soy sauce onto dish and mix well. Serve with either brown rice or white rice. Delicious!!!!!
