Introduction

A basic fruit juice which you can add other fruits or vegetables in later. A basic fruit juice which you can add other fruits or vegetables in later.

Ingredients

    1 Green Apple
    2 Medium Carrots
    1 Large Orange

Tips

With this juice, I have added in cabbage, tomato, lotus root and star fruit for added taste and nutrients.

If you are daring enough, add in bittergourd!

You can also add in a bit of ginger or garlic as well.


Directions

1. Cut fruits up. De-seed if necessary.
2. Juice and drink away.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups of juice.
