Ingredients

    2 eggs, whisked
    6 oz vanilla or plain greek yogurt
    1- 14 oz can cream style corn
    1.5 cups frozen corn, thawed
    2 Tbls sugar
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    2/3 cup flour
    2 tps baking powder

Tips

For a dessert, serve with maple syrup.


Directions

Mix ingredients together in order listed, when combined pour into a sprayed 9x9 or 1.5 qt baking dish. Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes. Middle should be set.

    Very Good
    I added 1/2 tsp. of salt. This is a little more solid and calls for less flour and corn meal in proportion to corn than the last time I made spoonbread. - 7/17/14
