Ingredients

    2 pork chops
    1 tbsp honey
    1/2 tbsp ground ginger
    1 tbsp soy sauce

    2 sections of chow mien noodles
    2 cups of frozen/fresh mixed veggies

Directions

remove visible fat and bone from pork and slice up the usable meat (should be around a cup to a cup and a half of meat)

in a bowl with the meat add honey, soy sauce, ground ginger and pepper. (i add a little onion and woy-sauce aswell)

Toss the meat around in the bowl and refrigerate while you prep the other ingredients

Cut up your veggies or measure out your frozen veggies (snap peas, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Throw your meat into a small frying pan and cook... I add a little water to the process.

In a separate pan, cook up your noodles (I used MR Noodles) and your veggies (I added a splash of soy sauce to the water

serve noodles and veggies in a bowl with some meat on top and ENJOY
