Ingredients

    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp canola oil
    1box fat free less sodium chicken broth
    1 14.5oz muir glen organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
    3 10.5oz cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1/2c. light sour cream
    1/3c. franks redhot

Tips

need to reduce sodium even more maybe find replacement for chicken soup and red hot


Directions

Saute onion and celery in canola oil. Add broth, and wisk in 3 cans of crm chkn soup. Add fire roasted tomatoes and sour cream and heat til simmer. Add cooked chicken breast. Add hot sauce just before serving.
