Ingredients

    All-Purpose Flour- 1.75 C
    Granulated Sugar- 6 TSP
    Baking Powder- 2 TSP
    Baking Soda- .5 TSP
    Salt- .25 TSP
    Egg White- 1 White
    Skim Milk- 1.5 C
    Apple Sauce- 3 TBSP
    Vinegar (optional)- 1.5 TBSP

Directions

Mix milk and vinegar, let sit 5 minutes.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix milk, egg whites, and apple sauce in a separate, smaller bowl.

Combine smaller bowl into larger bowl and mix until lumpy. Then cook at about 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3 minutes.
