    3 Tbs. 100% Liquid Egg Whites
    1 Tbs. Blueberry Chia Jam
    1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. Unsweetened Flax Milk
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla
    1/2 tsp. Butter Flavoring
    1/2 tsp. SweetLeaf Stevia
    2 Tbs. Coconut Flour
    2 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour
    1 scoop (1/2 serving) Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

    Additional Cinnamon & Stevia


Again, very basic. You can change out the flours, you can use unsweetened applesauce, canned pumpkin, or mashed banana in place of the homemade jam. Use your imagination!


Preheat oven to 350.
Coat muffin tin with baking spray.
Combine wet ingredients.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Pour into prepared tin and sprinkle with additional cinnamon & sugar, if desired.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until done.
