Ingredients



    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    So Nice unsweetened soy beverage, 1.5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Cheese (Kraft Light Parmesan), 4 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *1 cup onion chopped, .5 serving
    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"

Tips

Serve warm with green salad


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Saute chopped mushrooms, broccoli and onions in olive oil until soft. Place in pie crust.
Scald milk, cool slightly and add beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle Parmesan over sauteed vegetables, add herbs as desired.
Pour milk egg mixture until pie crust and bake until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
