A great quick lunch that will fill you up. A great quick lunch that will fill you up.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can of Tuna packed in water, Drained
    1 to 2 Tbl of Light Mayonnaise of your choice
    1 Tablespoon of sweet relish
    salt to taste
    1/2 cup fresh Spinach
    4 slices of tomato
    8 slices of cucumber
    1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
    2 Thomas' light multi-Grain English Muffins

Tips

The Calorie count depends on What type of cheese you use and Mayonnaise.


Directions

Drain Tuna, mix with Mayonnaise, relish and salt. Toast English muffins top with 2 cucumbers, 1 slice of tomato, Spinach, Tuna, and Cheese. Turn oven on Broil. Broil till cheese is melted and brown. (Keep a eye on it. It will burn fast) Eat and Enjoy.
