Introduction

Dice onions celery and carrots. Simmer in chicken broth for 5 or so minutes. Add in potatoes and add water to cover. Allow to simmer until potatoes are soft. Add evaporated milk and butter. Stir.     32 oz. chicken broth
    1/4 c. margarine
