Ingredients

    1 bx (19.5oz) pillsbury chocolate fudge brownie mix
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup all whites egg substitute
    2 Tbsp peanut butter chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Mix brownie mix, applesauce, water and egg substitute in a large bowl and stir until thouroughly mixed. Spread into prepared pan. Scatter the peanut butter chips over the top of the brownies evenly.

Bake in preheated oven for 28 to 31 minutes.
