Ingredients

1 c. unbleached white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. canned pumpkin (e.g. Libby's)
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 10 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together pumpkin, vegetable oil and eggs. Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture until smooth. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups.
3. Bake in preheated over for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
