Ingredients

    1.25lb Ground Turkey
    1 Onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
    1 can Low Sodium Black Beans
    1 can Low Sodum Kidney Beans
    1 cup Frozen Corn
    1 28oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 6oz. can Tomato Paste
    1 Packet of Chili Seasoning (Low Sodium)
    1 Cup Water


Directions

Cook turkey in skillet with Onion and Garlic until no longer pink. In the Slow Cooker, add Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Black Beans, Kidney Beans, Peppers, Corn and Seasoning. Add turkey. Stir together with 1 cup of water.
Cook on High 4-5 hours or Low for 6-8 hours
