3/4C raw pumpkin seeds
3/4C raw sunflower seeds
3/4C blanched almonds
Mix dry ingredients together.
Separately mix together liquids:
1/2-1C honey and pancake syrup
1Tbs olive oil
Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Once the granola cools, it sticks together. You can pull the foil forward to help release and break up the granola. Store in an airtight container. I weighed mine out to about a 51g or under 2oz serving.
