Introduction

A very healthy and tasty smoothie that appeals to even the non-smoothie drinker. It seems a little high in calories to me but I think that is due to the flax seeds. Ingredients

    Frozen strawberries, 6-7
    Ground Flax Seed
    Vanilla Non-fat Yogurt
    Orange Juice with added Calcium & Vitamin D

Tips

If using the magic bullet I put the frozen strawberries in first so that when you flip it over they are on the top and they don't slow down my blender quite as bad.


Directions

I use a magic bullet type blender. Add all ingredients and blend well. That's it. Yum!
