Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna packed in water
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
    1 cup peas
    8 slices of whole wheat toast

Tips

This is just the basic recipe. We often sprinkle a bit of cheese over the top and add a variety of spices. We love garlic and cayenne or ginger and cumin.


Directions

Combine condensed soup with almond milk in sauce pan and whisk until creamy. Add tuna and peas and cook over medium until heated, about 5 minutes. Spoon over toast and serve.
