Ingredients

2 ripe bananas mashed (use a ziplock baggie)
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 cup of flour
3 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Tips
I use a ziplock bag and let the kids mash the bananas. They love it and it's mess free.
Directions
heat griddle to 350
combine bananas, milk, egg, vanilla and oil. In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix dry mix into wet mix (I do 1/3 at a time)
Once mixed, scoop 1/4 cup servings of batter onto skillet. Heat until bubbles form all over the pancake. Flip and heat for additional minute.
Serving Size: makes 12 1/4 cup pancakes
