Ingredients

4 Tilapia filets, 4 oz, frozen, vacuum-sealed
Garlic, 3 cloves
Light Olive Oil, 5 tsp
Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
Basil, fresh or dried, 2 tsp
Ground Cumin, 2 tsp
Paprika, 2 tsp
Adobo Powder, orange , 1 tsp
Mrs. Dash Original Blend, 2 tsp
Tips
Great with a side of steamed vegetables for a nutritious, low fat meal.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Spread 2 tsp light olive oil onto foil.
Place the sealed tilapia packages under lukewarm water for one minute.
Remove the tilapia from packages and arrange on cookie sheet.
Peel and mince 3 cloves of garlic.
Mix minced garlic and 3 tsp olive oil with lemon juice.
Spoon garlic mixture evenly over the four filets.
Sprinkle the remaining spices evenly over the tilapia.
Place cookie sheet in oven and bake for 18 minutes.
Remove tilapia from oven using pot holders and let cool for a minute or two.
Transfer fish to plate using a spatula because it will be tender and flaky.
