Ingredients

3/4 C Olive Oil
4 ea Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 C Rice Flour
1/2 C Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/4 C Stevia
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
8 oz Cream Cheese
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350. Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil and butter the foil.
In one bowl mix together olive oil, 3 eggs + one egg white (retain yolk for another mixture) and 1/2 tsp Vanilla.
In another bowl combine flour, cocoa, 1/4 cup of Stevia, baking powder and salt. Add ingredients from first bowl and mix well.
In a third bowl mix cream cheese, 2 Tbl Stevia, the egg yolk, and 1/2 tsp Vanilla.
Pour 1/2 of the chocolate batter into the 8x8 pan. Cover with a layer of cream cheese then add the remaining batter. Swirl until a nice marble look. Bake for approx. 40 minutes. Pull aluminum foil out onto cooling rack so they cool quicker.
