Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz pickerel Fillet
    1 cup Flour, Whole wheat
    1/2 cup Bread crumbs seasoned (panko)
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tlbsp
    2 tbsp butter

Tips

I use panko bread crumbs as they are a lighter bread crumb and go well with fish


Directions

place flour bread crumbs in large plastic bag place fish in bag and coat.. shake well after coating.. place in frying pan with hot oil and butter...cook until golden brown
