Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 3.5 cup
    *Splenda, 96 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Pecans, 1 cup, halves
    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup

Tips

You might want to put under the broiler and "brown" for a minute or so.


Directions

Mix ingredients and using an ice cream scoop (1/4 c.) put in muffin tins sprayed with Pam. 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees
